Hugo Winter season, a roguish American medication smuggler, takes a trip to Uganda in an effort to export a big quantity of Bulu, a spiritual natural herb that grants the individual visions of their future. Upon getting here in Kampala, he quickly discovers that his only methods of achieving this is through two sisters with competing programs, pious Kisakye as well as defiant Angela, who come from the remote town of Makaana where the Bulu is grown. As they lead Hugo deeper right into the jungle and also better into their web of deception, it is uncertain if his drug-addled prophecies are aiding his pursuit or clouding his future.
