Principal Resting Bull of the Sioux people is compelled by the Indian-hating General Custer to respond with physical violence, resulting in the famous Last Stand at Little Bighorn. Parrish, a good friend to the Sioux, tries to avoid the bloodshed, yet is court- martialed for "teaming up" with the adversary.
