This movie has to do with a navy Lieutenant called Johnny Firpo that is purchased to work with the Miami Police force to aid stop a gang of misaligned card sharks. He needs the help of a professional gambler-now retired called Charlie Firpo. Charlie won't help Johnny, so Johnny swipes Charlies transfer vehicle as well as he then consents to help him. They both figure out that they are half siblings. Johnny encourages Charlie that their dad is "Blind" and need to increase $ 100,000 for an eye procedure. So Charlie comes to be a bettor again simply to increase the money.
